Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account in the 6Clique social app and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your account in the 6Clique app. You cannot delete your account if you are not logged in.
2. Navigate to the Settings page by first tapping your profile, then selecting the gear icon in the top-right corner.
3. Click the Delete Account button, located in the Account subsection.
4. Type in the phrase: "I agree to delete my account". This phrase must be typed exactly as shown, including capitalization, spelling, and punctuation.
5. If you signed in with email/password, enter your current password. (No password is needed for OAuth logins.)

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Account deletions are immediate and final. If you choose to delete your account, we will not be able to recover your account data. All user data is instantly removed from our backend services, including:

• User profiles
• Quiz results
• Profile pictures
• Journal entries
• Messages sent by you
• Group conversations
• Comments or replies on journals
• Saved profiles
• Engagement trackers
• Leaves collected

No data remains in your account after deletion. Some anonymized analytics may be retained internally, but they are not linked to your identity.
